Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared by Brickwise Insight (the “Company”) as data controller, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity data: first name, last name
  • Contact data: email address, phone number
  • Request data: the date/time preferences and message content you provide in your meeting request
  • Transaction security and usage data: anonymised browsing data collected through web analytics

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed in order to respond to the meeting and contact requests you submit through our website, to contact you and to inform you about the services you request; on the legal bases of Article 5/2 (c) of the KVKK, “being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, and Article 5/2 (f), “legitimate interest”.

4. Transfer of Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties beyond the purposes stated above; it may only be transferred to authorised public institutions within the scope of legal obligations. Your data is stored on the infrastructure of the hosting provider for our website. Anonymised data collected through web analytics is processed on Google LLC infrastructure.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and subject to the statutory limitation periods set out in relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
